Our official Festival hotel is the Hampton Inn (a Hilton property) at 1352 Floyd Ave, Rome, NY.

The Hampton is a 15-minute drive from Rome Community Theater. Free hot breakfast is included. TANYS has negotiated a special group rate of $139 per night. To get this rate, DON'T DELAY! Reserve either online or by phone as soon as possible:

  • ONLINE: Use THIS LINK. Check the dates that appear in the URL at the top of your browser - if needed, edit the URL so it reflects your check-in and check-out dates and the number of individuals in the room. This link will expire on November 2.

  • BY PHONE: Call the Hampton at 315-709-0000 and mention that you’re attending the TANYS Festival. Rooms by phone will be released to the general public on November 2. After that date, reservations will be honored on a space- and rate-available basis.
TANYS asks all Festival attendees to complete a Festival Evaluation after the event. We read all feedback, and use it to help improve future Festivals. The password to access this online evaluation will be in the goody bag you receive at registration.
